We believe that we have the ability to remember that we are SOUL who has experienced many bodies. We also believe that have the ability to expand our consciousness to the understanding that all comes from Source. We are at a time where we can begin to fully access all consciousness and greater understandings via our own connection to Soul and to Source.
Upon remembering we will see times in our SOUL history where we contracted instead of expanded in this current lifetime and/or other lifetimes possibly due to the misunderstanding that we are separate from Source. By seeing these contracted moments in time/dimension we can heal them and bring back more of our SOUL essence into this present reality.Most of the practices recommended involve , asking within Soul questions, listening within for Soul guidance, support and life review, and the use of the conscious mind to reprogram the subconscious with new healthy superconscious realities and understandings. Through Soul Sessions, meditation, self healing practices such as Reiki, Soul Retrieval, Sound and Light Therapies, and Yoga you have the ability to realign with Source and Soul and receive unlimited Source light via your crown chakra so that en-lightenment and awakening to this magical now time and space can begin.

As your energy pathways restore Soul, known also as the superconscious mind can merge with the conscious and subconscious minds, and become the director of your life. You remember that you are not only Soul but your are its Source. It does not matter what you call this Source, for you realize its ominpresence in you and in all of creation. In your separateness you may have begun to master the personality, and realize what resonates with your conscious mind and your bodies. As you begin to make the conscious effort to connect to this higher mind, you find where the contractions of energy and consciousness arose and choose now to make a new pathway for these energies to weave and expand into your body, your life, your community, your family, your heart, and into all. With this new expansion you begin to expand your limited dualistic thinking and your separateness to -->ONENESS and WHOLENESS consciousness.
