*Do you want to know about the connection between your life patterns and early traumas in your life, and want assistance with changing these patterns to assist with your overall wellbeing?
Each session is personal to the Soul coming to see Elasa. Elasa is gifted in being able to listen in to the person's Soul and guides for the highest priorities of each session. Elasa may use any of a variety of skills and techniques listed to assist the client in gaining more peace and clarity of their Soul purpose, and facilitate a new balance of minds and bodies.
Throughout the session Elasa and the client's Soul come to agreement on what needs to be reviewed in client's consciousness, such times of contraction/trauma or expansion in the clients life and/or lifetimes. Once the area of needed integration is located, the client (along with Elasa and guides) creates a healthy program to bring into their consciousness via guided imagery for healthy new life patterns, energetic balancing, and new state of peace within. While the client does their conscious part of the integrate of fragmented essence and re-programming, Elasa performs energy balancing techniques to assist with clearing energy pathways and detecting for success of programs and completion of the procedure.
Some sessions are done in complete silence and reports from Elasa and clients Soul/and guides may be reported after session for review and homework, while some sessions are done in a open dialogue and periods of the session for completion of guided imagery assignments to adjust the lower mind and bring into alignment with the superconscious mind/Soul/Source.
Most sessions also include education on how to connect and dialogue with Soul and Source through meditation, take home practices for re-programming the subconscious mind with healthy new superconscious programs, energetic balancing techniques for daily use, and yoga therapy recommendations.

- Soul Attunements: Building direct connection from SOUL and down into this physical body so that you can begin to have direct dialogue and guidance on how to further retrieve SOUL essence here and NOW.
- Soul Retrieval Sessions: Integrating as much of your essence that is allowable into this now moment. Locating, clearing, and merging old charged traumas and experiences called Energy Kinks. Retrieving Soul essence and fragments from early trauma and past/future lives. Reclaiming and remembering tools and abilities, so that you can operate with ease in the coning times and dimensions. Bringing an overall peace and grace into your physical body and subtle bodies surrounding you.
- Etheric Cleansing: Reconnecting your closest subtle body to the physical body; reconnecting grid points, meridians, nadis, and stars.
- Subtle Body Clearing: Clearing and merging energy kinks, memories, bindings, old contracts, agreements and cords. Assessing multidimensional memories, experiences, places lived, other lives, parallel lives, and bringing back essence and cords that may be needed in this dimension for full abilities.
- Removal of Energy Kinks: Removing not needed belief systems, habits, energies, entities, bindings, agreements, contracts, anything that is not serving your higher purpose.
- Monthly Balancing: Realigning Chakras, subtle bodies, stars, harmonic balance points and specific concerns. Maintenance sessions are for ongoing issues of light body expansion.
